About this Workshop

As a former head of IT innovation and leader of agile teams, projects and transformations, I have seen first hand how the principles of our practice can get pushed aside without daily nurturing and reminders. This is the same for yoga and when we dig deeper, the philosophies of self-enquiry, non-attachment, simplicity and non-hierarchical behaviour also chime with how we want to work day-to-day 'off the mat'.

Come along to get a flavour of yoga stretches (targeted at the areas of the body that hurt most when you sit most of the day and cycle a lot too) and breathing and meditation techniques that form a little toolkit for getting through the week. This is an amazing way to start the day.

About the Speaker

Emma has led agile software and projects for a long time, delivering agile transformation, amazing products and awesome teams along the way. At the end of 2017 she decided to put her energy into building a start-up that would make yoga and all its amazing benefits accessible in the workplace.
